Web11 nov 2015 · My initial dose was only 5 drops. I wanted to end up at 50 mg (about 20 drops of the 2% solution) and ramped up my dosage quickly, I was at 50 mg (Iodine) within a matter of 5 days. After about 2 weeks i switched from grape juice to orange juice. I couldn't taste the iodine in either of those juices.
