CPU / Chipset etc. If yours is indeed refering to the PWM, youll need to check MOBO specs to find its temp rang. But I would say as long as it stays under 50-55C its fine. Take the processor out and clean the remaining paste from it. Apply the new thermal paste to it carefully.
